Yesterdays wedding had it all... A lovely Bride & Groom, splendid venue, luck with the weather (It was great until they sat down for the wedding breakfast then it started lashing it down)... and the dream combo (That's Mr efficiency and all round nice, non arrogant photographer man me (It is a rare thing from what I'm told!)), Dominic from Impressions video who is really nice & great at the old video stuff... and Barringtons cars who do every wedding in the world! For a day to run any smoother you'd literally be having to 'get off' with the fonz... And that can't be done cos he isn't real... nor smooth - he doesn't shave - At least where you can see.

Here are some photos from the big day. As promised to Jen, the last image is a thank you image so she can use it for thank you cards to all the bods at the wedding (I've made the image bigger in case you want big cards and for a bit better quality due to pixels and... Look it doesn't matter, I'm sounding like a proper geek, which I'm not... Even though I like cameras... A bit.

The wedding of Joanna & Tommy took place at St Georges Hall, with the party at Liverpool Marina.

Both venues offer great photo opportunities, which worked well as Tommy in particular loved posing and having his photo taken!

Celine & Steven where married on the same day that a scary French puppet was paraded around Liverpool for some reason or another...

The crowds where out in force and as the wedding party walked around Liverpool for photos in various destinations, they where applauded by many members of the public. Actually I thought they where really applauding me, but I didn't like to tell Celine & Steven this.

Celine & Ste are pretty good looking people it has to be said and were good at the old posing too. It made my job a little easier as it meant I didn't have to pose like a woman to explain to Celine how I wanted her to look (Secretly I enjoy doing this so I was a little angry that I didn't get to do my stuff.)

The image of the girl puppet thing has been submitted to the Echo for inclusion in one of the papers next week... Fingers crossed guys - It may be a claim to fame for you if they whack it in the paper!

I always like Thursday weddings, as it means loads of the guests have booked the Friday off also, making for a super long time off and a more excitable atmosphere! Kristen & Roberts wedding was no exception, helped by the lovely beaming smile of Kristen throughout the day!

Yesterdays wedding consisted of a few different things which made it extra special...

Firstly, the request off Ste for the most cheesy photographs of all time, so I therefore obliged(!)

secondly, the greatest first dance in history (As good as anything on Youtube, believe me!)

And finally, an emotional groom. Being emotional myself, I empathised greatly. Good on ya Ste!!!

Fridays wedding was at the funky Hilton hotel in Liverpool, where only the coolest people get married...

Lisa & Paul tied the knot, with Lisa lookin' mighty fine and Paul most handsome in his splendid military get up.

I attended the West Tower yesterday for the wedding of the lovely Sheila & Shaun...

The weather was amazing, just as good as it is in August... The sun shines on the righteous as they say (What does this mean by the way?!!?)

Usually, I'd have a few images from some of the weddings we have attended up the day or so after the wedding, but on this occasion it's a few days later still... Mainly as I've been unable to move since leggin' it around Liverpool on Sunday...

Maria & Carl's wedding took place in Waterloo, before moving to Briars Hall in Lathom. The wet weather held off perfectly, giving us just enough time for some photographs to be taken outside... Lovely stuff!!!

Nicola smiled the whole day... Which was well cool as it meant she enjoyed the whole experienced rather than getting stressed over silly little things that don't matter. Ian smiled too, but mainly because he knew he was punching miles above his weight in marrying Nicola...

Any wedding at the Racquet Club is a great one - this was no exception. The staff are as efficient as group of ants(?), running their little socks off and being lovely to everyone they meet (Even me!!!)

We discussed why the Isla Gladstone was called so, both Natalie & Sean couldn't answer this. Sean said that he thought it was called Isla St Claire after the bird who played Aunt Sally in the 80's hit Worzle Gummage... No Sean, you are wrong...
